World Cultures & Missions – 6th Pd Friday (1st-2nd)

Course Description:  We’ll travel the world together exploring diverse countries and cultures. Arrow students will learn about geography, ecosystems and lifestyles in different parts of the world. We’ll read about missionaries with a focus on the Gospel of Matthew to understand God’s heart for the world, and inspire them to see the needs of others. We’ll also have fun exploring traditional food, making native crafts, and listening to ethnic music.

Curriculum:  Parents do not need to purchase any curriculum. In class, we will base our study on the My Father’s World curriculum.

Time Expectations:  No outside homework will be required, but optional presentations throughout the year.

Grade Levels: 1st-2nd
