Dear Arrow Families,

Registration for the 2023-24 school year is upon us! We’re so excited to see the Lord orchestrate yet another amazing year at Arrow!

During the next several weeks, please pay close attention to your inbox, as Arrow will be sending a few important emails regarding next year. We will also send community-wide texts and post announcements on the Arrow Facebook page to help alert you to any important information that has been released.

We continue to strive for improvements in our planning and processes and have a few changes to share. Please read the steps below carefully so that you don’t miss anything.

STEP ONE: Let us know if you are planning to return to Arrow next year. 

(Complete by Tuesday, 1/24/23 for early registration and to help optimize grade-level planning)

We only want you to complete the Family Registration Details if you are certain you will be returning in the fall. We are asking for a non-refundable Registration Deposit of $100 this year to complete this step. This will not only indicate your student(s) return for the 2023-24 school year but will also hold each student’s spot for spring course selection. This fee is non-refundable but does not constitute a new or additional charge. We are collecting half of the previous $200 Student Registration Fee up front and the remaining $100 will be paid when selecting classes in the spring. Although we cannot give an exact schedule of course options and pricing at this time, we are committed to bringing a similar line-up of a variety of courses, and overall, course pricing will remain the same. We hope you will register with confidence.

  • If you ARE planning to return to Arrow next year, please complete the Family Registration Details & Registration Deposit (payment link is imbedded at the end of registration form)
  • If you are NOT planning to return to Arrow next year, please take this quick Non-Returning Family Survey 
  • If you are UNDECIDED about next year and/or you are not ready to pay your Registration Deposit, then please wait on completing either of the above. There will be another opportunity to complete these forms in February and again in March, but the window to help optimize our planning with your student(s) needs in mind will close on 1/27.

STEP TWO: Complete one Course Intention Survey for each registered student.

(Complete by Friday, 1/27/23  to help optimize course & schedule planning)

All families who have completed the Family Registration Details Form & paid the $100/student Registration Deposit will receive another email from Arrow within a week’s time. This email will contain links to Course Intention Surveys for each level of classes at Arrow (Lower Academy, Upper Academy Middle School & Upper Academy High School). By selecting the courses that your student intends to take in the fall, you will *not* be registering for these courses yet. However, your responses to these surveys, when submitted in a timely way, will be extremely helpful to our leadership team as we plan and prepare for the new school year. Our hope is to strategically offer courses and develop schedules determined by the responses from our current community needs. 

STEP THREE: Sign a bunch of forms.

All families who have completed the first two steps will receive another email from Arrow on or after March 1st to continue the document portion of the registration process. Registration documents will be signed through an E-Signature platform called “Hello Sign,” and you will receive an auto-generated confirmation when your documents have been properly submitted. In order to move on to the final step of the registration process and select student courses with other returning families, please complete all registration documents as quickly as possible in March.

STEP FOUR: Receive Course Selection & Student Enrollment Information! 

Prior to online class selection (and AFTER we have received all necessary documentation from previous steps), you will receive a final email with further instructions for building your student(s) schedule. Please expect this in late March or early April with final Student Enrollment dates. All Returning Family Upper & Lower Academy Class Selection (Returning Student Enrollment) will happen tentatively in early April, prior to any new families being permitted to enroll. 

We are all eager to view the 2023-24 schedules and to start planning! Schedules will be finalized by the end of March.
